Exceptions apply to trips that operate under special conditions.
About Blocking with Exceptions
If you use exceptions, make sure that you have identified the trips with exceptions before blocking. Creating blocks with trips with exceptions involves blocking the base exception trips first and then blocking the trips with other exceptions using the Blocking tool.
Checking for Trips with Exceptions
The FX Data Integrity Tools dialog allows you to check if all trips with exceptions have been blocked.

The FX Data Integrity Tools dialog allows you to check if all trips with exceptions have been blocked.

After blocking, select the exception combination of the trips you just blocked in the Set Mode dialog.
Click Tools > FX Tools > Data Integrity Check.
Perform an integrity check on the blocks.
Optional: If any errors are identified, fix them with the Blocking Tool.
For each exception combination, until all combinations have been checked, repeat steps 1 to 3.
