Deleting Segments

Remove segments when they are no longer needed.

Make sure that you have write access to the map data.
  1. On the MapEdit screen, make sure the Select button is pressed by performing one of the following steps:
    • Right-click the map, and then click Segment Mode.
    • Click Map > Segment Mode.
    • On the toolbar, click the Select button: Select button
  2. On the map, select the segment to delete.
  3. Click Edit > Delete, or click the Delete button: Delete
    A message asking you to confirm the delete action appears.
  4. Click Yes.
    If a Fixed Route vehicle line is associated with the segment, an additional message asking you to confirm the delete action appears.
