About Specifying Address Ranges

Address ranges are saved for all street segments in Trapeze4 map data, and consist of the lowest and highest street number on each side of a segment.

As shown in the following graphic, each segment is defined with a From (or start) point and a To (or end) point. An address range is defined for the left and right side of each segment, relative to the From point, and is saved as four integers:

  • The first street number on the left side of the segment.
  • The last street number on the left side of the segment.
  • The first street number on the right side of the segment.
  • The last street number on the right side of the segment.
