Timekeeping New Features

Timekeeping enhancements added between v21.23 and v21.34.

General

  • In OPS Timekeeping Alert Rules, the Time Frame: Last Day in the Pay Week option was updated from a weekly type (checking the week) to a daily type (checking a specific week day).

  • In the Calculate Timekeeping screen, an error message now appears if the defined From Date and To Date span a period of more than four weeks (two pay periods).

  • Guidance recommended for this feature. In the OPS Shift Definition ancillary data screen, Shift can no longer be defined as 0.

    If your transit agency is using a Shift definition of 0, contact Customer Care with any questions about updating these values.
