About Scorecard

The Scorecard module enables transit agencies to create customized employee review forms, determine which employees are due for evaluation, and gather employee performance statistics.

Supervisors can also conduct performance reviews using the Employee Score Card wizard, which guides them through the scorecard process.

Scorecard forms can include absence, accident, and incident statistics for each employee, along with peer comparison statistics. Trapeze OPS provides these statistics automatically, which reduces the time and effort required to collect supporting information.

After employee reviews are completed using the Employee Score Card wizard, reports can be run and printed as needed.
