When conducting scorecard reviews, scorecard forms appear in a wizard that guides you through
the scorecard review process. The following image shows a sample wizard page.Each scorecard form is based on a template. Templates are created using components such as
sections, pages, text, employee statistics, and comment boxes.
When creating scorecard templates, identification numbers must be specified for each template
and template component. To help organize templates and their components, identification numbers
should be prefaced with the numbers of the templates, sections, or pages in which they're nested.
For example:
A template could be identified as number 1
Sections in the template could be numbered 11, 12, and 13
Pages in section 11 could be numbered 111, 112, and 113
Text lines, employee statistics and comment boxes on page 111 could be numbered 1111, 1112,
1113, and 1114
