Detailed absence, accident, and incident statistics can be viewed for individual
employees.
Statistics are given for each absence reporting group, accident type, and incident type.
You can also compare individuals’ statistics to the average numbers of absences, accidents, and
incidents for employee types and divisions. You can view comparison statistics for operators with
the same employee type in the same division or all operators in the same division. For example,
you could view the number of unexcused absences during a period of time and compare this value to
the average number of unexcused absences for all operators in the employee’s division.
