Viewing Employee Statistics

View statistics for either a single employee or a group of employees.

  1. Open the Employee Statistics screen.
  2. Open the Context (F3).
  3. To show statistics for a single employee, in the Employee fast find field, enter the first characters of the employee's name or a badge number.
  4. To show statistics for multiple employees:
    1. Specify the Date on which the selection criteria apply.
    2. Select the Divisions, Status Type, Employee Type, and Supervisory Group for which to show statistics.
    3. Select a Sort Order.
      This is the order in which statistics are shown.
      Note: Sort order by Employee SSN is visible only if the view permissions of the Employee card is set as granted.
  5. In the From and To fields specify the start and end dates for which to show statistics.
  6. Select one or more statistic types to show from Absences, Accident, and Incidents.
  7. In the Display area, do one of the following:
    • To show averages for employees with the same type in the same division, select Employee Type Avg.
    • To show averages for employees with the same type in the same division, and for all employees in the same division, select Division Avg.
    • To show averages for employees with the same type in the same division, for all employees in the same divisions, and for all employees in all divisions, select All Divisions Avg.
  8. Select OK.
