You can run performance reviews using the Employee Score Card Wizard.
The Employee Score Card wizard guides you through the scorecard process for each employee,
provides information and statistics, and enables you to enter comments.
Some wizard pages allow for the display of additional information. For example, absence
statistics.
For each employee scorecard review, the system uses the customized scorecard template that
matches their division and employee type. If more than one template matches the employee’s
division and type, the system uses the template with the lowest identification number in the
Configure field.
After you run a review, the data is saved securely in the OPS
database. You can update or delete these reviews. If you need a physical copy of the information,
the Employee Appraisal report can be printed.
