About Text, Statistics, and Comments

After you create a page in a scorecard template, you can specify content to include on the page.

You can include a maximum of five lines of text on a page. You can include one or more statistics on a page. You can't include statistics and text on the same page. You can also create text boxes or memos for entering comments.

Note: The OPS > Employee Appraisal > Compare Method property specifies how peer comparison statistics are calculated.
