Adding Statistics
Add incident, accident, absence, and customer feedback statistics to scorecard templates as needed.
- Open the Score Card Templates screen.
- Right-click in the detail pane and select Add New Record.
- In the Level field, select Heading.

In the Configure field, enter an identification
number.
Statistics appear on the page in order of their Configure number.

In the Abbreviation field, enter an identifier.
The identifier can have a maximum of eight characters.

Do one of the following:
- For accident statistics, in the Head Type field, select Accident.
- For incident statistics, in the Head Type field, select Incident.
- For absence statistics, in the Head Type field,
select Absence.
In the Calculate Absences By field, select either Absence Days to count each day of an absence separately or Absence Occurrences to count consecutive days of an absence as a single occurrence.
- For customer feedback statistics, in the Head Type field select CSFeedback.
- In the Parent ID field, select the ID of the page where the statistics should appear.

In the Group field, select the ancillary group for the
statistics.
The ancillary groups listed are determined by the Head Type entry.
