Adding Pages to Scorecard Sections

After you create a section in your scorecard template, you can add pages (subsections) to it.

  1. Open the Score Card Templates screen.
  2. Right-click in the detail pane and select Add New Record.
  3. In the Level field, select SubSection.
  4. In the Configure field, enter an identification number.
    Scorecard pages appear in template sections in order of their Configure number.
  5. In the Abbreviation field, enter an identifier.
    The identifier can have a maximum of eight characters.
  6. In the Appraisal Title field, enter a name for the subsection.
    This name appears as a subtitle for the section.
  7. In the Parent ID field, select the ID of the template where the subsection should appear.
  8. Select Save: Diskette.
