Trapeze products are supported on the following platforms. Customers with Trapeze maintenance plans on older versions of third party software such as Windows 7, Windows 2012, or Oracle 11g should check with their Trapeze Customer Care representative for product compatibility, support, and upgrades.

Important:

As of January 2023, the current version of Trapeze products that are in active maintenance includes v19.x and 21.x.

Older versions of Trapeze software are not evaluated for compatibility with newer operating systems, browsers or database versions.

We recommend staying current with database and Windows Server Operating system patch updates to minimize the risk of vulnerabilities and keep your business running securely.
