You can use saved settings to create standardized email message format through an ini file.

In the Email Setting dialog box, click Open.
The Setting File dialog box appears.
Select an ini file with saved email settings.
Click Open.
The Email Setting dialog box displays the selected email message format.
Click OK.

The Correspondence dialog box displays the feedback, common message, and subject as defined in the selected format.
