Requirements

To make use of the Trapeze IVR Reporting module, you must have the following items installed and configured at your site.

• Call Flow/Markup containing log tags at all locations that you want to capture in the reports.

• Voice Gateway configured to store the statistics.

• Trapeze6 Service Shell configured for IVR Reports.

• Trapeze6 Service Shell configured for Statistics Load and Summarization.
• DeviceAdmin and other relevant context properties configured
