Adding Feedback in COM Investigator Screen

Although input is generally received into the system through the COM Representative screen, you can enter a new feedback entry in the COM Investigator screen.

  1. Click the Add New button: Add new button.

    The fields in the top and bottom right panes are cleared except for the date and time-related fields.

    If you have set a feedback type and feedback subtype as the default, the Feedback Type and Feedback Subtype fields are also automatically filled in.

  2. Type all the necessary information for the new feedback.
