Re-Opening Subjects

You can open closed subjects in the COM Investigator screen. You can also restore a subject to its former status if the subject has been closed in error.

Note: To be able to open a subject that has been closed, you must have the necessary security permission.
Do one of the following steps:
  • Option 1.
    1. In the Subject pane on the left section of the COM Investigator screen, select the subject that you want to re-open.
    2. On the screen toolbar, click the Re-Open Subject button: Re-Open Subject button.

      The check marks in the Closed and IsClosed fields are cleared.

  • Option 2.
    1. Click Edit.
    2. Clear the Closed check box.
    3. Select the Active check box for actions that are still active.
