Required Hardware and Software
To record and play IVR prompts, you must have the following items:

| Microphone that can be connected to your PC | Since wav files are played back over phone lines, which have limited audio quality, a directional (ambient noise-canceling) microphone is adequate. It is not necessary to purchase a stereo/hi-fi or studio-quality microphone. iii. Speakers |
