Putting Audio Files on Voice Gateway
You can put your audio files on Voice Gateway through your web browser.
- Open your web browser.
-
In the Address bar, type ftp://gatewayip.
The Login screen appears.
- In the User name field, type pw.
-
In the Password field, type pw.
Windows-based Voice Gateway servers do not have pw set as the default for the user name and password. (The pw username/password is only for the SMC/System Management Console.) You may have to create a suitable username/password login to be used for the FTP.
- Click Log On.
- Double click the Audio Folder.
- To create a folder, right click and select New > Folder from the shortcut menu.
-
Type an appropriate name for the folder. We recommend adding the following suffixes to the folder names:
-
PASS for PASS
-
INFO for Fixed Route
-
School for School
-
- Double-click the new folder.
- Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop and browse to the location of your audio files. Drag and drop the wav files into the new folder.
- Select all audio files and right click. Drag them into the FTP window.
- Close the windows.
