Removing Email Addresses from Distribution Lists

You can remove recipients from distributions lists, that define groups of employees to which email messages concerning specific feedback are to be sent.

1. To remove an email address from a distribution list, highlight the address to be removed.
2. Click Remove.
3. To remove all recipients, click Remove All.
