Re-Opening Subjects
You can open closed subjects in the COM Investigator screen. You can also restore a subject to its former status if the subject has been closed in error.
Note: To be able to open a subject that has been closed, you must have the necessary security
permission.
Do one of the following steps:
- Option 1.
- In the Subject pane on the left section of the COM Investigator screen, select the subject that you want to re-open.
- On the screen toolbar, click the Re-Open Subject button:
.The check marks in the Closed and IsClosed fields are cleared.
- Option 2.
- Click Edit.
- Clear the Closed check box.
- Select the Active check box for actions that are still active.
