Editing Feedback in the COM Investigator Screen

In the COM Investigator screen, if the feedback has more than one subject, highlight the subject you want to edit in the Subject pane.

The details of the selected Feedback and Subject are displayed in the panes in the right section of the screen.
  1. Click the field that you want to edit, and then double-click to activate it.

    For text fields, the I-beam pointer appears where you can start typing.

  2. Select another option in the drop-down list or overwrite the current value in the field.
  3. Click the Save button: Save button.
    Note: In the Subject pane in the COM Investigator screen, when editing the division and/or department associated with an inactive action, that is, the Active field in the Actions pane is clear, you are prompted to choose whether or not to reactivate the action. Reactivating the action allows you to also edit the division and/or department in the Actions pane if they are different from those in the Subject pane.
