Removing Attachments

You can remove an existing attachment from a feedback record.

1. Open the feedback record with the attachment.
2. In the Attachments field, click View.
3. In the left pane of the Subject Attachments dialog box, highlight the file you want to remove.
4. Click Remove.
5. Click OK.
