The Spell Check feature flags words in the memo or text fields that may not be spelled correctly in both the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens.
Using Spell Check (When Not Activated)
The system checks the spelling in fields when Spell Check is not activated.

Using Spell Check (When Not Activated)

The system checks the spelling in fields when Spell Check is not activated.

Select or enter a value in a text field and while the field remains active, that is, the pointer remains in that field, click the Spell Check button: .
The Check Spelling dialog box appears.
Perform the appropriate steps to correct any spelling errors as required.
