Adding Audience Records
To limit which users can view or access a location, you can specify an audience for the location.
- Click .
- Select the location for which to specify an audience.

On the Detail tab, click the ellipsis (...) button in the
Audiences frame.
The Audiences dialog box is displayed. The list of users and user groups are displayed on the right section of the dialog box.

Click Add New.
A new row appears below the last record on the left hand side of the dialog box.
- In the Audience field, type the name of the audience that you want to provide access to the location record.
- In the Description field, type a brief description of the audience.
- Click Save.
- Repeat step 4 through step 7 for each audience that you want to add.

Click Close.
The new audiences are shown in the Audiences frame.
