Deleting Locations

Be careful about deleting a common location from the database because it may be used in scheduled and future client trips and other Trapeze applications.

  1. Click Task > Locations.
  2. Highlight the location you want to delete and click Locations > Delete, or click Delete.
  3. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes to permanently delete the record from the database, or click No to cancel the deletion and retain the location in the database.

If you proceed with the deletion, outstanding bookings to/from this location remain intact in the database, but you will no longer be able to retrieve this location from the database.
