Searching for Locations with Filters

All common locations registered in the database are found in the Select tab of the Locations screen. This list does not include client addresses.

Locations are normally assigned to types, and both locations and location types are assigned ID numbers.
  1. Click Task > Locations.
  2. Choose a filter at the top of the screen help to narrow your location search. For example, select the By Type option and click the type of location you want in the list (for example, Hospitals).
  3. Click Display.
    Following the example provided in step 2, a list of hospitals is shown on the grid.
  4. Optional: To sort the records in ascending or descending order, click the column headers.
