Required EAM Properties

The following service and variables are also required to be set up in EAM's MAXQueue Designer in order for the COM and EAM integration to work.

In EAM, enable the following MAXQueue services and configure them to the standards specified in the module documentation found in MAXQueue/Doc/Module_Trapeze.txt:
  • Trapeze - Create Service Request.

  • Trapeze - Get Symptoms - This requires vars.TrapezeReportingSource to be configured. This service fills in the list of symptoms IDs when creating a service request in COM.

  • Trapeze - Get Service Requests - This requires vars.MaxRows to be configured in XmlEdit adapter.
In EAM, configure the following Instance variables:
  • vars.MAXQueueUrl
  • vars.TrapezeFAUser
  • vars.TrapezeFAPass
  • vars.TrapezzeWOClass
  • vars.TrapezeServiceStatus
  • vars.TrapezeDeptID
  • vars.TrapezeAccountID
  • AllowRepeat in XmlEdit adapter
