Viewing COM Context Properties

In order to view customer feedback through COM the user needs to complete the following steps.

Before you can view the COM Context Properties:
  • Place extensions in the menu bar.
  • Define user and system properties.
On the left pane of the Properties screen, click COM.
The list of context properties appears in the grid on the right pane.
