Properties that Allow COM Interface with EAM

The following table describes the context properties that allow COM to initiate a service request directly to the EAM system.

The properties are shared with OPS and are in the EAM Integration context properties folder.

EAM Integration > Enable If selected, and OPS_AssetWorks service group is loaded in the Service Shell, AssetWorks integration with OPS is enabled.
EAM Integration > Server Address AssetWorks server address – http://ServerAddress.
EAM IntegrationWebservices Source Location

Location of the *.asmx file , for example, can be accessed at AssetWorks.asmx http://ServerAddress/TrapezeIntegration/TrapezeIntegration.asmx.

EAM Integration > Namespace URI AssetWorks namespace URI, for example, http://tempurl.org
EAM Integration > User Name User name for accessing AssetWorks Web services.
EAM IntegrationPassword Password for accessing AssetWorks Web services.
EAM Integration > Agency Group Used in OPS - Agencies that simplify the Daily Activity screen.
EAM Integration > Activity Type Group Used in OPS - Activity types used for extra work.
EAM Integration > Employee Activity Integration Used in OPS - If selected and Asset Works Integration is enabled, Employee Activity integration is enabled with Asset Works.
EAM Integration > Monitor > Enable If selected, the maintenance monitor service is enabled.
EAM Integration > Monitor > Time Interval Frequency of imports if intervals are used. If the value is zero (0), the maintenance import is disabled. You must restart the service after changing this value.
