Accessing Transfer Wizard
The Transfer Wizard can be access through the Tools menu or on the Details tab of the Itinerary Planing screen.
- On the main menu, click .
- On the Details tab of the Itinerary Planning screen, select the itinerary you want on the top grid and right-click anywhere on the bottom grid. From the right-click menu, select Transfer Wizard.
The following table describes the column headers. This section provides instructions on using the Transfer Wizard to view, edit, or create transfers for a single agency or for multiple agencies.

Displays the status of the transfer. Each transfer is represented by either one of the following symbols:

Enable check box is not selected for this transfer. The transfer
remains in the transfer table but it is inactive and not used to create itineraries.Note:
The Enable check box does not appear on the screen except in Add or Edit mode. |
| From Line | The route and direction on which passengers begin a transfer trip. |
| From Stop | The stop at which passengers alight from the vehicle traveling along the From line to make a transfer. |
| From Agency |
The agency from which transfers are initiated.
Note: Only for Inter-Agency
transfers. |
| To Line | The route and direction on which passengers complete a transfer trip. |
| To Stop | The stop at which passengers board the vehicle traveling along the To line to complete a transfer. |
| To Agency |
The agency to which transfers are completed. Only for Inter-Agency transfers. |
| Lvl | The priority level of the transfer. Transfers can vary from levels between 1 (high priority) and 10 (low priority). For example, there may be more than one stop near a client’s destination. When searching for an itinerary, a level 1 stop is selected over a level 8 stop. The value set by default is 5. |
| Min Time | The minimum transfer time. |
| Flag | Displays “M” for transfers that have been manually created or edited. No indicator is displayed for transfers created automatically. |
| Dist | The distance between the transfer stops. |
