Adding Price Indexes as a Contract Validity

Price indexes can be added as contract validities for provider contracts.

Before you begin

The Trapeze4 Workstation must be open to Provider Contracts ancillary data.

Procedure

  1. Select the Contract to which to add a price index.
  2. In the Base Index field, ensure a value has been entered.
  3. Click Add Validity.

    The Select a Price Index and create new Validity dialog box appears.

  4. In the Price Index frame, click a price index.
  5. Click Create Validity.

    A confirmation message appears.

  6. Click OK to acknowledge the confirmation message.
  7. Click Close.

    A new validity is added to the Validity list.

  8. Optional: Select the new validity, and then click Edit to modify its details.
