Creating Price Indexes

Price indexes can be defined for specific contract types.

Before you begin

The Trapeze4 Workstation must be open.

Procedure

  1. Click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Provider Costing > Price Index.
  2. Provide the following information:
    Contract type
    Click the contract type to which to apply a price index.

    Alternatively, click the New type button to create a new contract type. In the New contract type dialog box, type a Contract type name, and then click OK.

    Valid from and Valid to
    Specify the start and end dates of the time period to which the price index applies.
    On Account Index
    Type the rate for the new validity.
  3. Click Add.
    The price index is added to the list in the bottom section of the dialog box.
