About Client Passwords

The criteria for the characters used in client passwords are specified in Trapeze6 context properties by the system administrator.

These include rules about encryption, what characters can be used, minimum password length, and password history. Context properties should be configured to match the site's requirements before manually or automatically setting client passwords. If a password does not meet the defined criteria, a message appears when the client record is saved.
