Changing Schedule States from Schedule Administrator

Schedule states can be changed manually as needed.

Before you begin

Schedule Administrator must be open.

To alter schedule states in either System Administrator or Schedule Editor, the user must be granted the Trapeze6 security permission Trapeze4 > Real Time Scheduling > Schedule State.

About this task

Schedules can be changed to one of the following states:
  • Active
  • Active Locked
  • Activating
  • Closed

Procedure

  1. In the Schedules grid, select the schedule.
  2. In the SchedState list, click an option:
    The SchedState column with the drop-down list visible. Active is selected.
  3. Move the pointer to a different location on the grid and click.
    A confirmation message appears.
  4. Click Yes.
