Determining if a Subscription Trip Occurs on a Specific Day

Check to see if a subscription trip occurs on a specific date.

Before you begin

Trip Administration must be open.

About this task

A subscription booking is only activated on the days specified by the date interval rules. These can be viewed in the Date Intervals dialog box.

Procedure

  1. Open the Date Intervals dialog box:
    • In Trip Booking, click Calendar.
    • In Trip Administration, type the name of the client in the Client field, select the Sub check box, and click Display. With the subscription booking in the grid, click the Schedule grid cell, and click the drop-down arrow.
  2. Select the Check Date option and type the date to check.

  3. Click Check.
    PASS (the subscription does occur) or FAILED (the subscription does not occur) appears beside the Check Date field.
