Client Duplicate Check System Properties

These properties define how the system verifies if a new client duplicates an existing client.

The system displays a warning message if a user attempts to add a duplicate client.

To update system properties, click Tools > System Properties and click the Profile tab.

Client Duplicate Checks > Address	Client's home address.
Client Duplicate Checks > Date of Birth	Client's date of birth.
Client Duplicate Checks > Last Name and First Name	Client's last name and first name.
Client Duplicate Checks > Middle Name	Client's middle name.
Client Duplicate Checks > Phone Number	Client's home phone number.
Client Duplicate Checks > SSN	Client's social security number.
