Editing a Booking from Schedule Editor
When a detail concerning a booking such as the pick-up or drop-off address, requested time, or passenger information has changed, it is important to record this change in the system.

Procedure
- Select the schedule to be edited.

Locate the booking to be edited.
If you know the client name or the booking ID, use the Find dialog box. You can also find the booking in the unscheduled trip list (if the trip has not been scheduled yet), run itinerary, or all scheduled events list.
- Select either the pick-up or drop-off event for the booking.

Do one of the following:
- Right-click and click Edit Booking.
- Click the Edit Booking button:

The original booking appears in Trip Booking. - Make the necessary changes.

Click Save.
A warning message appears.

Click Yes.
One of the following occurs:
- If the booking is not scheduled, the system updates the booking.
- If the booking has already been scheduled, a warning message appears.

If a warning message appears:
To Do this Reschedule the booking in the Schedule Booking Wizard to a more suitable run Click Yes. Unschedule the booking Click No.
