Distance Wizard Commands

These commands are found in the toolbar and under menu headings of the Distance Wizard.

Command Button Description
Exit Partially open door. Closes the Distance Wizard.
Properties Red and white line at a diagonal in front of two tabs. Shows the properties (Formats and Turn List) affecting the Distance Wizard.

The Turns properties list all the settings in the Turns tab.
Remove Last A stylistic X. Deletes the last distance calculated.

Click this button or click Distance > Delete Last.
Remove All Garbage can. Deletes all the distances calculated.

Click this button or click Distance > Delete All.
Recalculate Calculator. Recalculates the distances of the marked points.
Reverse Down-facing arrow and up-facing arrow.

Reverses the order of the marked points.

To use this feature:

  1. Click the Reverse button.
  2. Select Routing.
  3. Click the Turns tab.

    A new route is defined from the point of destination to the point of origin.
Report Hand writing on a clipboard. Shows any report that has been created for turns.
Print Report Printer. Prints any Turn reports that are in Report View mode.
Import Points Left-facing arrow above a ruler. Shows the file directory to allow you to import points from a text file.

This feature is used to view distances between imported points.
Send MDT Pole showing WiFi lines and image of a bus. (For MDT sites only) Sends a message to a driver.
Snap Magnet. Toggles snap mode on or off.

For the Street Routing mode, a point is deemed to be invalid if there is no eligible point within a 1 km radius.
Retrieve Address Empty window. Copies the address points of the selected event or booking from Schedule Editor or Trip Administration to the Distance Wizard.
