Layout Buttons

A number of buttons are available to users creating new layouts.

Button Name Description

A white O in a black box.
Clear Pane Clears the information from the selected pane without closing the pane.

The Clear Pane button, the Components button, and the Layouts button appear in the same place on the screen.

The Clear Pane button is available if the pane is a parent pane.

Components Shows the available View buttons in the center of the pane.

The Clear Pane button, the Components button, and the Layouts button appear in the same place on the screen.


A white four-directional arrow in a black box.
Drag To Move Component Allows the pane to be dragged and dropped to another location in the layout.

A white downward-facing arrow in a black box.

A white left-facing arrow in a black box.

A white right-facing arrow in a black box.

A white upward-facing arrow in a black box.
Drag To Move Component Moves the pane in the direction of the arrow.

The View in the pane currently in that location moves to the original pane's location.


List with one item checked.
Pass Run Itinerary Shows the Run Itinerary grid for a selected vehicle.

This includes information such as the client name, activity type, and activity status.


Front of a bus.
Vehicles Shows the Vehicles grid.

This includes information such as the employee badge number, vehicle adherence status, and vehicle speed.


Location marker on a sheet of paper.
Map Shows the Map.

This shows vehicles as they move within a defined geographical area.


Man icon in a circle.
Google Streets Shows Google Streets view.

This provides a street view of where the vehicle is located. This is not in real time.

Layouts Shows the Select Layout button options in the selected pane.

The Clear Pane button, the Components button, and the Layouts button appear in the same place on the screen.

Remove Active Pane Removes the selected pane from the layout.

Two white vertical lines in a black box.

One white vertical line in a black box.
Add Pane Adds a pane either inside or outside of the current pane.

Buttons with two lines can be clicked in two places. Clicking on the small line inserts a pane inside the selected pane. Clicking on the large line inserts a pane outside the selected pane.

Make Fixed Size Prevents the pane from being resized.

The Make Fixed Size button and the Make Stretch button appear in the same place on the screen.


A white curved arrow (left to up) in a black box.
Select Parent Pane Shows the pane that is the parent of the currently selected pane.

The Select Parent Pane button appears to the right of the Drag To Move Component button when a child pane is selected.


A white left and right facing arrow in a black box.

A white upward and downward arrow in a black box.
Drag To Resize Resizes the selected pane.

Panes can only be resized in one direction.

The Drag To Resize button appears when the Make Fixed Size button is visible.


A white open lock in a black box.
Make Stretch Allows the pane to be resized.

The Make Fixed Size button and the Make Stretch button appear in the same place on the screen.
