Runs Search Filters

To help you locate specific runs for viewing or editing, use one or more of the search filters on the Runs tab, and then click Display.

Runs matching your search criteria are listed in the grid. The following table describes each of the search filters. If no filters are selected, all options are included in the search results.

Filter	Description
Master	Shows master runs and allows you create a new master run.
Daily	Shows Template or Live runs and allows you to add a run to the daily list. A Schedule must also be selected.
Schedule Type	In the list, select whether to display either template or live runs.
Schedule	Only applicable to Daily runs. Select the Daily option, and then click the ellipsis (…) button beside the Schedule field. The Select Schedule dialog box appears. To view template runs, select Template in the Type list and a week day (for example, Tuesday) from the Schedule list. To view live runs, select Live from the Type list and a date (for example, 14-10-19) from the Schedule list. This filter is used for viewing or activating template days or live schedules.
Sign Up Period	If you are using FLEX runs at your site, choose the sign-up period for your FLEX route. If you are using FLEX route runs, you must have the correct information for the Sign Up Period and Service Group in order for you to view the appropriate Line group and Block Number.
Service Group	If you are using FLEX runs at your site, choose the service group for your FLEX route.
Run Type	In the list, select the check box for each of the following run types that you want to view: Bulk Clipboard Fixed Flex Para Taxi
From	If the Master option is select, specify the date to view runs that are valid on or after this date.
To	If the Master option is selected, specify the date to view runs that are valid on or before this date.
Run	To view a single master or daily run, click the ellipsis (…) button and find the run that you want to view.
Cap Type	In the list, select the check box for each capacity type for which you want to view runs.
Provider	To view runs operated by specific providers, click the ellipsis (…) button beside the Provider field. The Find Providers dialog box appears. Find and select one or more providers, and then click Close.
Para Service	To view runs for specific paraservice types, choose one or more paraservice types from the Para Service list.
Para Area	To view runs for specific service area zonal timetables, choose one or more options from the Para Area list.
Garage	To view runs pulling into and/or out from a specific garage, type the garage name in the Garage field. Alternatively, click the ellipsis button (…) beside the Garage field. The Select Garage dialog box appears. Select a garage, and then click OK.
Polygon Types	To view runs assigned to specific polygons, in the list, select the check box for each polygon type for which you want to view runs.
Polygons	To view runs assigned to specific polygons, select the check box for each polygon for which you want to view runs. All polygons associated with the selected polygon types are shown in this list.
Run Category	To view runs associated with specific run categories, in the list, select the check box for each run category for which you want to view runs.
Run Group	To view runs belonging to a specific run group, click the ellipsis (…) button beside the Run Group field. The Select Run Groupsdialog box appears. You can then define or choose run groups.
Direction	Select the direction of travel: Inbound Outbound N/A
Day of the Week	Select the days of the week that the run will be in operation.
