Viewing a Client's Itinerary

A client's itinerary can be viewed when reviewing the Accepted, Arrived & Performed, or Updated status.

Before you begin

Trip Broker must be open to the main Trip Broker screen.

Procedure

  1. In the Provider status summary pane, click the Accepted, Arrived & Performed, or Updated status.
  2. Right-click on the trip for which to view the run's itinerary and click Show Client Itinerary.
    The client name appears in the Runs pane and the client itinerary appears in the Details pane.
