Address Types

Address Types specify types of addresses that you can register and use in the system. For example, address types can include the main address and an emergency address of a client.

Field Description
Address Type Address type identifier. Usually, an abbreviation that can be viewed in various areas.
Description Address type description that appears in the list.
Used For Table in the database. For example, CmnPerson table, to indicate whether the address is linked to a client or employee record.
Contact Type

Contact type associated by default to the address type. Select from a list of contact types specified in the system. The Contact Type ancillary data must be configured before setting up this field.
Validation If selected, for each address type, multiple addresses can be specified using data validity in client, employee, and volunteer records.

For registered clients, this information is also used in the Booking screen of Trapeze PASS.
