Ranges Options
The following table describes the options in the Ranges dialog box.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
|
Set the range for the following properties. Change the values in the Min (minimal) and Max (maximal) fields. |
| Stop To Trace Distance | Threshold distance value to detect if a stop is too far from a trace, that is, the stop is farther from the trace than the threshold distance. |
| Pattern Trace Excess |
Distance value which you want the system to consider when processing traces that extend beyond the end of a pattern. |
| Capacity Time Frame |
Time within which the node capacity is applicable. Set the node capacity when editing the node in Nodes ancillary data. |
| Pattern vs StopPattern Distance Difference | Determines what is shown in the report. If the difference between the pattern and stop pattern distances is less than the defined value, it is not included in the report; only differences that are equal or more than the value are included in the report. |
| Use Signup for Nodes/Stops Checks | Checks only the nodes and stops associated with the current context or the selected sign-up period. If selected, the system checks all nodes and stops (global mode). The search results also show the service and sign-up period. |
| Skip Unused Patterns (for Pattern Checks) | Checks patterns that are in use only. |
| Skip nodes-only lines for Pattern Missing Stops check | Checks patterns with lines that have nodes and stops. The system does not check lines that only lines only have nodes. This option is applicable to rail systems that typically have lines where every station is a timepoint. |
| Allow 0 Deadhead Time for Distances up to | Sets the maximum distances that deadheads with 0 time are allowed. |
| Check distances that are |
Choose Negative or Zero or Negative. This field is set to Negative by default. If you change it to Zero or Negative, the change is saved and applied to the current and subsequent integrity checks until you change it back to Negative. This option applies to the items in the Patterns pane: Zero or Negative Node to Node Distance or Zero or Negative Stop to Stop Distance. |
| Identify mid trip layover by the same | Select Stops or Nodes from the list depending on what is included in the trip. This option applies to determining the speed when a node or stop repeats, that is, the vehicle arrives and same departs from the same stop or same node. |
| Radius of stop | Sets the minimum distance in all directions from a stop to other stops. This option applies to determining the proximity of stops when checking the Duplicate Stop Positions check box. |
| Max nodes per line direction | Sets the maximum number of nodes that are added to a line per direction. |
| Max trips in a block | Sets the maximum number of trips in a block. This works with the Blocks More Than X Trips check box under Blocks in the FX Data Integrity Check dialog box. |
