About Ridership Reports

After checks have been performed in the PLAN Ridership Analysis screen and the check data has been entered into the system, you can create the required reports. Reports provide a summary account of the check data that has been accumulated.
Note: We recommend that reports be created only by your Trapeze representative or system administrator.

Each report has an individual function and purpose. This guide outlines the procedures for generating Crystal reports for the PLAN Ridership Analysis module.

The standard reports that are available in Ridership Analysis are:

  • Stop Activity
  • Route Summary Productivity

  • Trip Summary

  • Route Profile

  • NTD One Way Directional Route Mile*

  • NTD One Way Directional Total Route Mile*

  • Form 406A*
  • Random Sample Checks Details

  • Random Sample Checks Summary

  • Point Check Schedule Adherence

  • Node to Node Run Time

  • S10*
Note: The names of the reports in your Reports menu may vary slightly from the names used in this guide depending on how they were set up.

* These are reports required by the U.S. government agency, Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The National Transit Database (NTD) is the FTA's primary national database for statistics on the U.S. transit industry.

This guide only describes the standard reports that are available for PLAN Ridership Analysis. Use the reports that are relevant to your site’s requirements.
Note: For custom reports, contact your Trapeze representative.
