About the Extract Only Option

To extract trips for ride check data or point check data, choose Extract Only. The selected trips are flagged as extracted in the system. This option is used where multiple counts are done on a particular trip (that is, historical data) but count sheets do not need to be created.

Note: A trip that has been extracted but not checked displays No under the Chk column, and 0/1 under the # column on the Trips tab.
