Added

  • Guidance recommended for this feature. OPS > Interfaces > Schedule Import > Synchronize existing OpsMasterLine with FX MasterLine.

    If selected, when importing FXMasterLine to OPSMasterLine and information already exists in OPS, the system updates OPSMasterLine data to match FX MasterLine data. This property is cleared by default.

  • The OPS > SIT > LateAudibleSound property now includes a No Sound option.
  • Guidance recommended for this feature. If OPS > Interfaces > Schedule Import > OPS LineStopLabel is selected, then applicable defined UserString supplementary data is now also imported.

    This affects the OPSLineStopLabel table, used for reporting, by changing the primary key. If there are existing records, the table must be dropped and recreated, and a system maintenance OPS Upgrade Utility run (Populate OPSLineStopLabel Table). Contact Customer Care if your transit agency would like to use this feature.

  • The OPS > Employee Profile > Picture Format property now supports .JPG/.JPEG, .PNG, or None options.

    The property description was updated: Specifies the format for employee pictures in the Employee Profile screen. Format options are .JPG/JPEG and .PNG. If you select None, employee pictures do not appear in the Employee Profile screen. The selected format also applies to images uploaded from the picture import directory defined in OPS > Interfaces > Import > Employee Picture Import > Directory when using the EmployeePictureImport process.

  • The description of the OPS > Employee Activities > Floating screen property was updated: If selected, in the Daily Activity screen and the Timekeeping screen, employee work assignments are shown in the Employee Activities dialog and the main screen remains active. If cleared, employee work assignments are shown in the Employee Activities screen.
  • The OPS > Absence > When No Days Off Found property Value options were updated.

    Assume All Days Are Working Days - When Week Has Any Bid Work was removed and two options were added:

    • Assume All Days Are Working Days - When Week Has Any Bid Work, Otherwise extend last known days off. If selected, then when some bid work is specified, all days are assumed to be working days. If there is no bid work in the week, then the employee's last known days off are used as their days off.

    • Assume All Days Are Working Days - When Week Has Any Bid Work, Otherwise use default days off. If selected, then when some bid work is specified, all days are assumed to be working days. If there is no bid work in the week, then the employee is assigned the default days specified in the Ops > Absence > Default Days Off property.
