Work Assignment Notification Methods
Work assignment notifications can be made by voice (IVR), SMS, or email.
The numbers and addresses available in the DestinationAddr dropdown
list (in the Employee Profile - Notifications screen) are specified in
supplementary data fields for the Employees table. These field must be created using
specific captions.
