Distribution List

Distribution List ancillary data defines groups of employees for sending emails and is used by OPS Work Assignment Notifications and Trapeze COM.

Field	Description
BCCList	Email addresses of people who receive blind copies of emails sent to this distribution list. You can manually enter email addresses in the list, or choose email addresses using the Email Address button.
CCList	Email addresses of people who receive copies of emails sent to this distribution list. You can manually enter email addresses in the list, or choose email addresses using the Email Address button.
Comments	Comments about the distribution list.
Distribution List	Name of the distribution list for the supervisor to receive notifications.
Setting File Name	Configuration file applied to the email message sent to the selected group. Users can determine the subject title and common content that are included in the email message and save the information as a template in ini or xml files. If users don't select a file, the default value in the COM > Email and Formletter > Complaint Email Setting property is used.
To List	Email addresses of primary email recipients in the distribution list. You can manually enter email addresses in the list, or choose email addresses using the Email Address button.
