After you are satisfied with the work assignments for an activated day and division, you can publish them. Extraboard and volunteer operators then receive dispatcher initiated notifications and all employees can obtain work assignment notifications by phoning the IVR.
Undoing Work Assignment Publishing
If work assignments were incorrect, you can undo work assignment publishing.
Republishing Work Assignments
Publish changes made to extraboard or volunteer assignments as needed.
